Delivery Costs:

Standard Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland) [Order by 3pm] - Orders over £45 (excl VAT) = Free + Free Returns

Standard 2-3 Day Delivery (UK Mainland) - Orders under £45 (excl VAT) = £4.50 + Free Returns

Standard Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland) [Order by 3pm] - Orders under £45 (excl VAT) = £5.85 + Free Returns

Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland = £12.85

Europe - Orders over £150 (excl VAT) = Free

Note: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the sameday (weekdays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM, we will endeavor to dispatch on the same day but we cannot guarantee this and orders will be dispatched by the next working day at the latest.

Using an alternative address?

If you are delivering to an different address that is not the same as your billing address, please fill in the delivery address form with your alternative address when placing your order, we will then email you an invoice and send an un-priced dispatch note with the order.

 

Having problems with your delivery?

If there are any physical deficiencies with your order e.g. if your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange to have your order sent out again, free of charge or we will give you a full refund. Any other problems with your delivery, contact us by email or phone.

 

Incorrect Address?

If your address is incorrect or out-of-date, your order is usually sent back to us by the carrier. If it is possible, please check your delivery address thoroughly before placing your order. Restrictions may apply to some addresses.

 

What if you missed our delivery?

If your delivery was unsuccessful, on the first attempt we leave a card and contact number for you to reschedule or collect your delivery. If the parcel is not delivered after a period, your package will be returned to us.
