Returns

We operate one of the best EASY Returns Policies available for our International customers. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is faulty or defective, we can request a replacement or a full refund within 14 days, and if return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost. We may request the Image or video of the faulty or defective item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if an item is unwanted or you have changed your mind. You may return items unused and in their original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Exclusions to the 14-Day Returns Policy
While we aim to offer a flexible returns process, certain items are excluded from our 14-day returns policy where customers can return goods for any reason. These exclusions include bespoke or made-to-order items, such as hand-assembled coat hook racks (also referred to as coat racks).

These items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details before purchasing bespoke or made-to-order products.

How do I return items?
If you are not happy with your order, Ironmongery World offers an easy returns process.

Please email us at returns@ironmongeryworld.com, clearly stating:

    - Your order number
    - The item(s) you wish to return
    - The reason for the return
    - Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please ensure all items are returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Upon inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement as applicable.

If items are not returned in a re-saleable condition, your refund may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original item value (excluding shipping costs).

What if my return is outside the 14-day return window?
You may still return the item; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after your return is received at our returns facility. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Return Packaging Requirements
Please pack all return items securely. Your return package must include a return slip with:

    - Your order number
    - Quantity of items returned
    - Reason for return (e.g. No Longer Required – Refund / Faulty or Defective – Exchange)
